Standard delivery format: full quality 16 bit 44.1kHz WAV files (CD standard).
Formal quotation with links to easy payment options will arrive within 24 hours from the time/date of .zip submission. Your finished mastering package (standard delivery format) will arrive within 7 days max. from the time/date of payment.

If a rush delivery is required, please get in touch for a custom quote. You will need to let us know a) how many songs need mastering; b) when you intend to upload; c) any ‘extras’ you require and d) the time/date you require your finished project. Please include your phone number and specify your country.

Extras:

Inclusion of extras will extend turnaround. Extras are delivered
within 4 days max. after you approve the mastered mixes in their
standard delivery format.

Additional edits: £20.00 p/track

Note that you can get in touch to purchase any ‘extra’ up to four months after payment for your project in the standard delivery format. That is, if you are happy to receive your project in the standard delivery format to begin, but decide later that you require an ‘extra’, then you have 4 months from the date of invoice to request this.

Free Samples:

If you request a free mastered sample of a track in your .zip submission (submission guidelines below), then this audio will be returned to you within 3 days.
Receiving your free sample offers you the chance to approve of how your track(s) will sound after mastering. Receiving a free sample also gives you the chance to resubmit revised mix(es) if you wish to make any minor adjustments prior to payment and mastering.

At this stage, if you would like to request mix advice or feedback on your sample track then Indalo will offer this as a complementary service. Using careful judgment, you may then wish to apply this advice to other tracks you are submitting for mastering.

Formal quotation will arrive within 24 hours from the time/date of sample approval or resubmission of your mix(es). Again, upfront payment initiates the 7 days max. delivery guarantee (standard delivery format).

If you submit just one track (a single) for mastering, then you will likely experience much a quicker delivery of the high quality file after sample approval or mix resubmission and then payment.

Revisions:

If you wish to make any changes to your mix(es) after payment, then this will be charged at a friendly fee of £20 per track to cover time taken for remastering. Each ‘extra’ will be recharged at full price.

Your second quotation will then arrive within 48 hours from the time/date of resubmission. This time, payment will initiate a 5-day max. delivery guarantee. Again, 'extras' are delivered within 4 days max. after you approve the revisions in their standard delivery format.

2. HOW TO UPLOAD

Create a .zip file and UPLOAD HERE

Please name your .zip "[YEAR] - [ARTIST NAME] - [RELEASE TITLE]"
Your .zip should include:

1: Your music

- Ensure audio is WAV or AIFF and native session sample rate / bit depth. No dithering.
- Please number and name your tracks as per your track listing.

- Double check that you have removed any master channel effects used to make things "louder" (e.g. limiters). Leave any "creative" processing that "adds to your sound". No effects? - That's also fine. Do not normalize and do try to allow at least -3dBfs of headroom.

2: A short document to explain the files you are sending over and anything else Indalo should know. What are your expectations? How can we help make an amazing record and bring your dream to life?

a) Are you uploading your whole record and do you wish to receive a free sample of a track, in addition to a quote for the full project?**

b) Are you sending just one track (a single) for mastering?**

c) Are you sending just one track from a record to check out a sample and get a quote? How many tracks will be on the finished record and what is the total playing time?

d) Something else?

**Note, in the case of a) or b) it is useful but not mandatory to provide ISRC codes with a track listing in your document.

Please clarify if any of the 'extras' listed above are required in addition to or in place of the standard delivery format.

Last but VERY IMPORTANT…
Please specify your country in the document or as a message on the upload form. This enables quotation to be offered in a currency appropriate to your region.

YOU'RE DONE! The email you receive with your free sample and quote will link you to easy purchase of the full, high quality mastered project.

- Fast turnaround and satisfaction are guaranteed. If you are unhappy after one revision, you can receive a full kickback of your first quotation within 7 days of revision delivery.

Questions? Any of this need explaining? Prefer to do things a different way? Drop an email.

- No two projects are the same and no questions are too big or small :) We are here for you.

- If you are hiring a producer, you will need to link them to this page. It will allow them to correctly prepare your mixes for mastering.
